This is considered accepted at the time of booking

• A deposit of €100.00 may be requested, to be paid in cash upon arrival after visiting the apartment, which will then be returned after the check before departure.
• The reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount. From this point the booking is confirmed according to the agreements made between the owner and the guest. No subsequent complaints are taken into consideration.
• In case of cancellation, part of the deposit will be retained, as follows:  - 30% with at least 60 days notice.
                                                                                                     - 50% with at least 40 days notice.
                                                                                                     - 100% with notice of less than 40 days.
• The balance of the rent must be paid at the beginning of the rent.
• The apartment is rented to the number of people declared on booking, for any additional guest a supplement will be added.
• An apartment that is not occupied on the day of booking is considered cancelled. Subject to prior notice.
• For early departures there is no right to any refund.
• The keys are returned to the owner upon departure.
• If particular situations arise, the owner can carry out checks on the apartment.
• The rent includes: use of the apartment with common areas, such as the garden and gazebo.
• In the winter season, the guest will be able to self-regulate the climate through the thermostats present in each room, as there are independent meters, the rates of which are not included in the price and are to be paid at the end of the rental period.
• Bathroom and bed linen are provided only on request at a cost of € 20.00 per guest. The exchange is not foreseen without further payment of the amounts indicated above. Blankets/duvets are included in the apartment's amenities.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Ban on burning and smoking in the sleeping and living areas of the apartment to avoid the formation of bad odors as they could disturb subsequent guests.
• Ban on playing football with the exception of children under 6 years of age and with light balls. For those who want to play football there is less than 50 meters away. a public football field with adjoining playground or football fields in Comano Terme.
• Prohibition on throwing objects down the drain that could block the sewerage system.
• Prohibition on producing noise from 1.30pm to 3pm and from 11.30 PM to 7.30 AM. However, at all times you must maintain behavior that does not create a disturbance. (except for special days - New Year's Eve - other holidays).
• Adults are responsible for the minors entrusted to them.

The guest may be turned away for:

• Lack of documents.
• Failure to pay the deposit when requested.
• Failure to pay the agreed rent.
• Behaviors that violate the most basic norms of civility.

The departure of the guest will result in the loss of the amount paid and, if necessary, further compensation for damages.
